01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nbaje ("nbaje", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the nbaje website at nbaje.asia, the nbaje mobile application, and all associated services including games, payment processing, promotions, and customer support.

By creating an account on nbaje, making a deposit, playing any game, or using any feature of the nbaje platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all players regardless of how they access the nbaje platform — whether through the website, the Android app, or the iOS app.

These Terms should be read alongside the nbaje Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and nbaje.

02 Eligibility

To register and play on nbaje, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. nbaje does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts and registrations on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on nbaje or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an nbaje employee or contractor.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

nbaje reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player cannot provide satisfactory verification, nbaje may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on nbaje. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If nbaje detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances, including winnings and bonuses, may be forfeited.

Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your nbaje account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. You must not share your account with any other person. nbaje will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

04 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on nbaje are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). nbaje currently supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• bKash — instant credit to your nbaje wallet
• Nagad — instant credit to your nbaje wallet
• Rocket — instant credit to your nbaje wallet

Deposits are credited to your nbaje wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. nbaje does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All funds deposited into your nbaje wallet must be used for gaming on the nbaje platform. nbaje reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

05 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the request.

nbaje processes approved withdrawals within seconds to your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. In cases where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours. nbaje will notify you by email if additional verification is needed.

nbaje reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, nbaje will contact you to explain the situation and request any necessary documentation.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

nbaje offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• Bonuses are credited to your nbaje wallet upon meeting the stated qualifying conditions.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific requirement for each bonus is stated on the promotion page.
• Bonuses must be used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account is considered bonus abuse.
• nbaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another player's account.

Any player found to be abusing the nbaje bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated tools to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — will have their account suspended and all bonus funds forfeited.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on the nbaje platform — including Pool Rummy, live dealer games, and tournament formats — are governed by their individual game rules, which are available within each game interface. By playing any game on nbaje, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

Random Number Generation

All game outcomes on nbaje that involve an element of chance are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). The RNG is regularly audited to ensure fairness and compliance with industry standards. nbaje does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the platform or any individual player.

Pool Rummy

Pool Rummy on nbaje is played according to standard Indian Rummy rules. The platform offers 101 pool, 201 pool, and points rummy formats. Specific rules for each format — including scoring, elimination conditions, and prize distribution — are displayed within the game interface before each session begins.

Live Games

Live dealer games on nbaje are streamed in real time. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Technical issues on the player's side — including poor internet connection, device failure, or app crashes — do not entitle the player to a refund of placed bets.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the nbaje platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating more than one account on nbaje
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an advantage — any winnings from exploited bugs will be voided
• Using the nbaje platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Abusing the bonus system by creating multiple accounts or coordinating with others to exploit promotions
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or nbaje staff members
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation

09 Responsible Gaming

nbaje is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. nbaje provides the following responsible gaming tools to all players:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit
• Session time reminders — receive notifications when you have been playing for a set period
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the nbaje platform

11 Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any nbaje content without prior written permission from nbaje.

The nbaje mobile application is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the nbaje app in any way.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nbaje shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the nbaje platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds due to technical failures outside nbaje's control
• Interruption of service due to maintenance, network issues, or force majeure events
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the nbaje platform that contains errors

nbaje's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Suspension and Closure

nbaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if nbaje reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms
• The player has provided false information during registration or verification
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to nbaje, other players, or third parties

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting nbaje support. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

14 Changes to These Terms

nbaje may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes, nbaje will notify registered players by email or via an in-app notification.

Your continued use of the nbaje platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the nbaje platform and contact support to close your account.
